Oprah Gives Lindsay Lohan A Chance To Shine

Oprah Gives Lindsay Lohan A Chance To Shine

Last year, Oprah sat down with Lindsay Lohan on her segment of Oprah's Next Chapter to discuss the ups and downs of her life. This year, Oprah offered Lindsay Lohan her very own reality television show. The show, called Lindsay, debuted on Sunday night, March 9th at 10 p.m. and surprisingly produced a lower than expected amount of viewers.

The show will highlight her struggles, her relationship with her parents, siblings, the public and most importantly, herself. Lindsay has had a lot of issues since starring in The Parent Trap. In 2007 alone she was convicted of 2 DUI’s and was in rehab 3 times. From 2010-2012 she was charged with theft, violation of probation and entered rehab 2 more times. In 2013, she was caught for reckless driving, lying to a cop, and went to rehab for the 6th time. At this point, Lindsay Lohan says “I know that this is my last shot at doing what I love to do.” She and Oprah both have high hopes that she will be able to recover for good this time and that the reality show will help explain how she got to where she is and where she plans to go from there.
